Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order!

1. Approved Returns Only

• All returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back.

• To request a return, email us at lbeautycollections@icloud.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

• A brief description of the issue

2. Address for Returns

• Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

• Returns may go directly to our supplier or our location, depending on the product and vendor.

3. Hygiene & Product Condition

• Hair extensions and wigs cannot be returned once opened, worn, washed, installed, chemically processed, dye, excessively brushes or finger-combed or altered.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is:

• Damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges are only possible for incorrect items.

5. Important Notes

• Please do not send returns without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

• We are here to guide you every step of the way, but once hair leaves our vendor, we rely on their policies for replacements or processing refunds.

Product Care & Responsibility

We want you to enjoy your hair for as long as possible! Please remember:

• Once the hair is worn, styled, colored, or altered, we cannot accept returns or be responsible for changes in quality.

• Proper care and maintenance will help your hair last longer use gentle products, avoid excessive heat, and follow our care tips.
