Order Processing Time

• Hair Bundles: 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed

• Wigs: Up to 15 business days, as each wig requires extra preparation and quality checks

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method

• Free shipping is available in the EU

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once your package leaves our shop, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

• If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• We’ll provide tracking details and assist you with any information needed to open a claim.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
